Antique Creche Infant Baby Jesus Doll Nativity Figure

This very large and heavy panited bisque or plaster infant baby jesus nativity figure is 19 inches long and 10 inches across the hands. He has a smiling mouth with 2 upper painetd teeth showing. His hair is deeply molded and painted.

Thsi is an absolutely beautiful baby jesus. There is one broken finger on each hand but they are mostly still intact because of the heavy metal armature for stability that is inside the figure. He has a maker's mark impressed on the back of his molded diaper which i cannot mkae out. I believe he was made in either italy, germany or france. His face is gorgeous.
